The present invention relates to a reduced graphene oxide sensor coated with a polydiaminobenzene thin film and an electrochemical detection method of nitrite using the same, and more particularly, a reduced oxidation coated with a polydiaminobenzene (p-DAB) thin film. Graphene sensors exhibit higher reactivity to nitrite by forming p-DAB films on reduced graphene oxide (ERGO) -modified glassy carbon electrodes, and are particularly sensitive and nitrite sensitive to other interference ions due to their high sensitivity and selectivity. As the detection limit is 30 nM and shows excellent nitrite detection performance, it is possible to more effectively detect nitrite ions in water samples such as drinking water or tap water.
