The present invention relates to a grain processing method for producing good-quality rice, comprising: a carry-in drying step of removing foreign substances from carried grains and storing the grains in a storage unit; a brown rice processing step of obtaining brown rice in which both an embryonic layer and an aleurone layer are preserved; a white rice processing step of processing the brown rice into white rice; and a packaging step of packaging the white rice. According to the present invention, the efficiency for removing foreign substances from grains can be increased, and the efficiency for drying the grains from which the foreign substances are removed can be increased.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
