The present invention relates to Tetragenococcus halophilus strain having an inhibition activity of biogenic amine production and organic acid production, a crush thereof or a cultured product thereof, a microbial preparation comprising the same, and a fermented food comprising the same. The strain can inhibit production of biogenic amine during a fermentation process of the fermented food, produce the safe fermented food without toxicity, and inhibit production of organic acid to reduce a pungent flavor and give a smooth feel as a whole with a higher sensual preference so the strain can be industrially useful.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
