It relates to a method for removing odor from natural citron seed oil by low temperature aging using the natural plant extract of the present invention, the natural plant extract is selected from gardenia flower extract and licorice extract. The oil and fat of oil obtained according to the method of the present invention does not generate odor due to acid waste, and thus has the advantage of using high-quality citron seed oil for flavoring, functional cosmetic raw materials, organic or eco-friendly materials.
