PURPOSE: To obtain a healthy beverage, containing an extract from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis forma grandiflora Makino, water-soluble vegetable fibers, cyclodextrin and saccharides and having antiobese actions without any unpleasant taste such as a bitter or a harsh taste. ;CONSTITUTION: This healthy beverage is obtained by including an extract from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis forma grandiflora Makino in cyclodextrin, adding water-soluble vegetable fibers thereto, imparting preventing actions on the obesity and reducing actions on a bitter taste and improving the taste, aroma, etc., by saccharides.
