The present invention relates to a method for producing health fruit vegetable juice using cabbage and sweet persimmons, and health fruit vegetable juice produced thereby. The method comprises: a juicing preparing step of selecting and washing cabbage and sweet persimmons; a shredding step of shredding the washed cabbage; a mixing step of mixing the shredded cabbage and the sweet persimmons; a first sterilization step of double-boiling the mixed cabbage and sweet persimmons; a juicing step of extracting health fruit vegetable juice by filtering the heated cabbage and sweet persimmons; a second sterilization step of heating and stirring, in a stirrer, the produced health fruit vegetable juice to uniformly mix the health fruit vegetable juice; and a sterilization step of transferring the stirred health fruit vegetable juice to a packing device, and packing the health fruit vegetable juice in a pouch. According to the present invention, the bad taste of cabbage can be decreased through sweet persimmons, and consumers can drink the health fruit vegetable juice without repulsion.
