The present invention relates to an apparatus for hammering dry pollack to soften the same. More specifically, the apparatus performs a fast and convenient softening process, such as continuous input of a large number of dry pollack and automatic uniform hammering several times, and the like. Moreover, a gripping structure of the dry pollack is automatically opened and is changed into a structure to be gripped in a predetermined section before the input of the dry pollack, such that the dry pollack can be conveniently inputted. Moreover, the dry pollack can be rotated during hammering, thereby performing uniformly hammering and softening with respect to the circumference of the dry pollack. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises a main body, a transfer unit, a plurality of gripping tools, a hammering unit, and a rotating unit.
