The management and alarm system of the present invention comprises: at least one slope alarm device installed on a rockfall prevention fence, assigned with a device ID, and having a camera and a shock sensor; a rockfall and soil/stone countermeasure facility management and alarm system for storing the device ID of the slope alarm device received from the slope alarm device, and the impulse of slope rockfall and soil/stone of sensor-measured data, storing camera image data in a streaming server, issuing an alarm to a user terminal when the impulse of the slope rockfall and soil/stone of the sensor-measured data exceeds a preset value, predicting the slope collapse with an artificial intelligence program by analyzing big data on the basis of a climatic condition of typhoon, rainfall, hail, and heavy snow, a slope ground research result, the size and frequency of rockfall and soil/stone, a slope collapse history, and statistical information, and detecting a collapse sign in advance to provide a slope collapse predicting resu and a user terminal connected to the rockfall and soil/stone countermeasure facility management and alarm system through a wired/wireless communication network, displaying the impulse of the slope rockfall and soil/stone of the sensor-measured data, and providing the slope collapse predicting result. The management and alarm system can prevent damage caused by slope collapse.
