The present invention is a method for manufacturing an artificial blood vessel comprising the step of injecting a bioactive metal without an interface to an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) surface by performing plasma etching using a bioactive metal target. Accordingly, the present invention relates to an artificial blood vessel with improved blood compatibility.
