The present invention relates to a beam shaping apparatus for a high-energy fiber laser and a beam shaping method of a high-energy fiber laser using the same. An optical fiber vibration unit that is located inside the housing unit and generates vibration in the output optical fiber member inserted into the optical fiber insertion unit, and a vibration control unit that controls the amplitude and frequency of vibration transmitted to the output optical fiber member by the optical fiber vibration unit. Thus, the multimode fiber can be vibrated to output a high-energy fiber laser having a high level of beam uniformity.
