The present invention uses a Fresnel lens and a diffraction lens in a case where there is a risk of a heavy object fall, such as a crane, or a forklift may collide with an operator. It relates to a warning light indicating a danger zone to be irradiated, and in particular, it is improved so that a clear concentric circle can be obtained, an afterimage is prevented, and the irradiation angle of the warning display light can be easily adjusted.
