FIELD: medical equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to an apparatus for treating infected and purulent wounds. Device contains a housing, on the front side of which there is a touch screen, which is a control device of the device. Inside housing there is control board connected to instrument control device, diaphragm vacuum pump, configured to remove air and/or fluid from the wound and connected to a control board, a pressure sensor in the wound area and an electromagnetic valve configured to supply air into the wound region. Device comprises an accumulator connected to all power consuming elements of the device. Device is configured to perform three operating modes. In the first mode, the pressure sensor controls the negative pressure level and when pressure reaches 100 mm Hg generates signal to control board to disconnect pump. After that, pump is switched off, and pressure in drain tube drops, after reaching negative pressure below 10 mm Hg from preset pressure sensor generates signal to control board to switch on vacuum pump in order to repeatedly achieve specified level of negative pressure. At the first mode the cycle is repeated. In the second mode, the pressure sensor controls the level of negative pressure and when the specified upper level reaches 100 mm Hg generates signal to control board to disconnect pump. After that, the pump is switched off, and the pressure in the drainage drops. After reaching negative pressure below 10 mm Hg from preset pressure sensor generates signal to control board to switch on vacuum pump in order to repeatedly reach preset level. At that, the upper pressure cycle execution time counter is started. After time of upper level of negative pressure, signal is sent to control board and negative pressure in system is reset to atmospheric value. Then the cycle of the lower negative pressure level is started, the vacuum pump generates negative pressure to the upper level in the system, in parallel, the pressure sensor controls the level of negative pressure and when the specified lower level reaches 50 mm Hg generates signal to control board to disconnect pump. After that, the pump is switched off, and the pressure in the drainage drops. After reaching negative pressure below 10 mm Hg from preset pressure sensor generates signal to control board to switch on vacuum pump in order to repeatedly reach preset level, wherein the lower pressure cycle time counter is switched on. When the lower level of negative pressure expires, a signal is sent to the control board and negative pressure in the system is reset to atmospheric pressure. Cycle in second mode is repeated. At the third mode, the pressure sensor controls the level of negative pressure and when the preset level reaches 100 mm Hg generates signal, supplied to control board to disconnect pump. After that, the pump is switched off, and the pressure in the drainage drops. After reaching negative pressure below 10 mm Hg from a given pressure sensor transmits control signal to control board about necessity to switch on vacuum pump in order to repeatedly reach preset level, wherein the time counter is started. After time of negative pressure vacuum phase control signal is sent to control board and negative pressure in system is reset to atmospheric value, and starting the installation phase. Drug solution is delivered to the preset level; after that, the solution exposure phase is started when the therapeutic solution has a therapeutic effect on the wound. After that vacuum phase is repeatedly started, and cycle in the third mode is repeated.EFFECT: technical result is creation of automated device suitable for operation in three modes.1 cl
