FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, to dental implantology, and can be used for taking an impression from the dental arch of the lower and upper jaws in prosthetics of teeth on implants. Collapsible impression tray for upper and / or lower jaw casts when implant prosthetics comprises a rigid perforated carcass corresponding to the first standard size of the impression tray, consisting of a U-shaped outer board with a handle in the center and an internal board of U-shape or of a U-shape, conjugated with a vault for the palate. Along the whole length of the frame there installed are detachable perforated bracket-shaped sections connecting the outer and inner sides of the tray, which form the bottom of the tray and are fixed to each board of the tray with two screws. On inner surfaces of said sections and along entire inner surface of said beads retentional grooves are made, and along the entire length of the frame there are seven detachable perforated bracketed sections with height and width of 1 cm or nine detachable perforated bracketed sections with height and width of 2 cm. To the tray frame additional removable elements are screwed on the screws, which extend the tray to the second size, or eleven removable perforated bracketed sections height and width of 3 cm, and to the frame of the tray there are additional removable elements screwed on the screws and extending the tray to the third size.;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify the impression taking due to the possibility of its individual selection with different jaw size and height of the alveolar process.;1 cl, 2 dwg
