FIELD: medical equipment.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to measurement of retrograde arterial pressure in an internal carotid artery (ICA) in cardiovascular surgery and anaesthesiology-resuscitation in performing reconstructive operations on carotid arteries, including in carotid endarterectomy. A connector for measuring retrograde arterial pressure in an internal carotid artery is configured to be connected to a blood pressure measuring sensor, cone-shaped and hollow inside with the possibility of establishing an internal carotid artery lumen to its complete obturation. Internal lumen of connector is made with possibility of filling with physiological solution with heparin and connection via polymer line with pressure sensor.;EFFECT: use of the invention facilitates performing the vascular stage of the operation, reduces traumatisation of the vascular wall and does not require any additional fixing elements to be used in the patients with different ICA diameter and the level of its involvement due to the sealed osseous lumen of carotid arteries of different diameters.;1 cl, 2 dwg
