FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a biscuit with a filler. Disclosed is a biscuit with filler, which comprises biscuit body (2) made in form of container and forming cavity (2A) containing filler material (4); closing part (6) made of biscuits and intended for closing said cavity (2A) from the outside, either partially or completely; and second filler material (8), which is simultaneously in contact with said closing part (6), said container body (2) and said filler material (4) so as to close tightly said closure part of said container body and retain said first filler material in said cavity. Disclosed is a method for manufacturing biscuits with filler, comprising steps of: providing biscuit body (2) made in form of container and forming cavity (2A); dispensing said filler material (4) into said cavity (2A); providing closing part (6) made of biscuits; installing said closing part (6) on said container body (2) to close said cavity (2A) either partially or completely; and dispensing second filler material (8) before or after said closing part (6) is mounted on said container body (2); wherein said second filler material (8) is simultaneously in contact with said closure part (6), said container body (2) and said first filler material (4), thus tightly closing said container body (2) by said closing part (6) and holding said first filler material (4) in said cavity (2A). Also disclosed is an apparatus for making a plurality of biscuits with a filler using said method, comprising first station (102) for dispensing said first filler material (4); second station (106) for dispensing said second filler material (8); connection station (108) for arranging closing parts (6) of said plurality of biscuits on container body (2) of said plurality of biscuits; and conveyor line for supply of said bodies-tanks to said stations, wherein said conveyor line comprises a plurality of moulds (122) provided with cells configured to centre said container bodies relative to control points of said line.;EFFECT: invention allows to use softer and cream fillers, at the same time it ensures retention of fillers and integrity of biscuits at large volumes of manufacture and high quality.;13 cl, 7 dwg
