FIELD: biotechnology; agriculture.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of minitubers potatoes in field conditions. Proposed method consists in that ridges are formed on surface of soil to create inter-row space and stock on which dropping tape with emitters is laid through 100 mm. Pre-rooted seedlings of potato microplants are planted with the same pitch; moistening irrigation is performed. Then ridges are covered with protective mesh 3350 BT BIORETE 50 MESH with size of holes 0.27×0.83 mm. After 5–7 days, the mesh is removed and the microplants are reclaimed, then the mesh is laid again along the crests. During the vegetation period, treatment is carried out by means of spraying the plant stem zone through a protective net at working solution pressure of at least 3.5 atm with chemical and biological agents for protection against weeds, diseases and pests. Also, nutrient mineral substances are supplied to root zone of plants through dropping tape.;EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of vegetation of plants and development of minitubers in conditions close to natural environment, which enables to preserve and strengthen immunity, obtained during formation of healthy microplants in vitro in laboratory conditions.;1 cl
