FIELD: lighting; manufacturing technology.;SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a light-emitting diode lamp (1, 1') comprising base (2, 2') provided with connecting portion (20, 20') for connecting assembly (1, 1') to an electric lighting lamp holder and retaining part (21, 21'), wherein connecting part (20, 20') and retaining part (21, 21') face in opposite directions, passing mainly in parallel to central axis (M) of assembly (1, 1'), and substrate (3) holding at least one light-emitting diode and having mounting section (30), which is attached to retaining part (21, 21') in fully assembled state (W) of assembly (1, 1'). Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method for assembling LED lamp (1, 1') assembled as described above.;EFFECT: light-emitting diode lamp (1, 1'), which is easy to assemble, which does not affect its strength, and which enables complete automation of production or at least minimizing manufacturing efforts and thereby reducing the cost of LED lamps, is equipped according to present invention with retaining part (21, 21') and mounting section (30) in fully assembled state (W) adjoining each other in plane extending substantially parallel to central axis (M), so that the assembling method includes the stage of holding part (21, 21') and mounting section (30) arrangement so, that they adjoin each other in plane passing in parallel to central axis (M), when substrate (3) is attached to retaining part (21, 21').;13 cl, 21 dwg
