METHOD OF TREATING FRESH RUPTURES OF THE THIGH QUADRICEPS MUSCLE TENDON

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to traumatology, and can be used in treating fresh tendon ruptures of a thigh quadriceps muscle. Tendon is accessed; the tendon stumps are aligned; a suture is sutured with the needle and suture. Four sutures are made of four longitudinal tendons 15 arranged along the tendon cross-section in the thickness of the tendon on the stump joint line, as well as eight embracing loops 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, for each stump arranged in rows of four female hinges symmetrically on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the stump, two locking hinges 9, 10, for each stump, connecting between each other enclosing loops on each side of the stump longitudinal axis, and two units 16, for each stump arranged symmetrically, located on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the stump and line joints of tendons. Each knot on the stump is formed in the area of location of the embracing loops by joining ends of thread 11 and 12, 13 and 14, loops of which are located on the opposite stump, and forms additional locking loops 17, 18, located on both sides of longitudinal axis of stump. Threads equipped with two needles at ends are used. After the suture is applied, the wound is treated and sutured together.;EFFECT: method provides strong connection of stumps of a torn tendon of thigh quadriceps muscle without disturbing its nutrition and function, due to use of a seam with optimum ratio of strength characteristics and number of threads and loops of forming seam, which provides the required strength, with less disruption of tendon.;3 cl, 11 dwg, 1 ex
