FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device for obturation of fistulas of gastrointestinal tract represents an elastic T-shaped tube with inflatable balloons installed on ends of sections of transverse part of tube, a first air duct with a first control balloon connected to one of the inflatable balloons. Inflatable balloons are made with possibility of movement along sections of transverse part of T-shaped tube and fixation at different distance from center of T-shaped tube. Device additionally comprises a second air duct with a second control balloon connected to the other inflatable balloon. Air ducts are made flexible, located on the outer side of the T-shaped tube, and the control balloons are equipped with connectors with valves for separate inflating of the inflatable balloons with air.;EFFECT: using the given invention enables to install an obturator in the fistulas with a different length of the adducting and abducting loops of the intestine.;3 cl, 3 dwg
