FIELD: dairy industry.;SUBSTANCE: method of production of a beverage from curd whey includes collection of curd-whey whey, introduction of ingredients: plant components – apple juice of direct squeezing and concentrate of medicinal plant of rhodiola rosea, deionised water, sugar, citric acid, pectin with following content of initial components, wt%: curd whey – 45–49; directly squeezed apple juice extract juice – 19–23; sugar – 3; pectin – 0.5; rhodiola rosea concentrate – 0.1; citric acid – 0.04; deionised water – balance. Then the mixture is stirred, pasteurized, poured and cooled.;EFFECT: invention allows to produce a product enriched with rhodiola rosea biologically active substances.;1 cl, 1 tbl
