HIGH FREQUENCY SWITCH WITH CONTROLLABLE RESONANCE FREQUENCY

High frequency (HF) switch with controllable resonance frequency. An RF switch has a stack of two or more field effect transistors (FETs) that are electrically connected between a first terminal and a second terminal. The RF switch also includes an inductor connected between the first terminal and the second terminal and in parallel with the stack of FETs. A first part of the FETs is controlled to turn the RF switch on or off. In addition, a second part of the FETs is controlled to tune a resonant frequency of the RF switch when the RF switch is off.
