Locking device (1) for mounting fasteners (2) on appropriate containers (3); the said locking device (1) includes:a tax section (4) designed to be evidenced by a tax body (5) capable of controlling the movement of labour in that tax section (4); anda commitment section (6) which is supported by the said tax section (4) and is designed to receive and retain at least one particular closure element (2) and to attach the respective closure element (2) to a specific container (3);where the said sealing device (1) is intended to be subjected to treatment by means of a liquid which, when used, washes at least the specified tax section (4);where the said sealing device (1) includes discharge elements (14) designed to permit the release of the said liquid from the said control section (4).
