Removable element (1) of the device has a contact interface (2) with a group of contacts which are designed for connection with a group of contacts on the surface of the interior of the motor vehicle. The pairs of contacts on the surface in the interior are connected with the electric and/or electronic circuits of the motor vehicle in such a way that the branch of an electric or electronic circuit of the motor vehicle is interrupted and one end produced by the interruption of the branch is connected with the first pair of contacts and second end produced by the interruption of the branch is connected with the second pair of the contacts. The removable element (1) includes solid conductive connections (3) which connect together pairs of contacts of the respective electric or electronic circuit of the motor vehicle. The device can include a biometric sensor, preferably fingerprint scanner (4). The device can include GPS module (5). The conductive connections (3) can be produced on PCB which will have different scheme of conductive connections (3) for different vehicles.
