A fixing structure between a metal part (3) and plastic parts(1) and (2) of a relay/circuit breaker, comprising: a metal part(3), a first plastic part(1) and a second plastic part(2). The first plastic part (1) being provided with a positioning groove(11), a side(31) of the metal part (3) is inserted and positioned in the positioning groove(11), while another side(32) of the metal part (3) is positioned between the first plastic part(1) and the second plastic part(2); the second plastic part(2) is provided with a through hole(21) so as to dispense glue to the positioning groove(11) by means of the through hole(21) so as to package the first plastic part(1), the metal part(3) and the second plastic part(2) together. The fixing structure may be easily arranged and stably fixed without the manufacturing difficulty of parts being increased. While debris which pollutes the internal environment of a product is not be easily generated.
