The work was performed in a seed production field in the municipality of São Gabriel- RS, in an area totaling 39 hectares in the crop season 2012/2013 and the cultivar used in the experiment was TEC 5936 IPRO. The objective of this work was to assess the spatial distribution of productivity and soybean seed quality using traceability. Papers 1 and 2 shows the results of the assessments performed in theproduction field in order to identify the occurrence of variability related to productivity and physiological quality of soybean seeds. Paper 3 provides the relationship between physiological quality attributes and traceability. The evaluations were performed from georeferenced sampling grid in the production field. The following tests were performed: seed germination, first count of germination, germination rate, coefficient of the rate of germination, length and dry matter of seedlings, accelerated aging, seedling emergence, emergence speed, vigor, viability and damage caused by stink bug and moisture using tetrazolium test, viability by exudate pH test, productivity, thousand seeds weight and number of seeds, organic matter, pH,phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, boron, manganese and zinc. Grid of one point per hectare and a network of georeferenced sampling spacing of 100m between points present efficiency to assess the spatial variability of yield and physiological quality of soybean seeds. Productivity and physiological quality of soybean seed in a production field is not uniform, particularly with respect to its vigor, therefore, maps through interpolation can be used to provide better diagnosis. The association between precision agriculture techniques in order to evaluate the spatial distribution of physiological seed quality and traceability are adaptable and viable management tool to be used by seed companies.
