摘要

This article proposes a principle of knowledge’s integration for the improvement of a system of defects recognition byudvision on wooden boards.udWe locate the problem of vision which is at the base of this study, then we clarify the expert knowledge, as well in theudfield of the wood profession as in the field of vision. We use for that a symbolic model based on the NIAM/ORM method,udformalizing the expert knowledge expressed in natural language.udThen we present the way we exploit these expert knowledge to generate nodes of an arborescent structure for theuddefects identification of wooden boards. Each node represents an engine of inference based on fuzzy linguistic rules.udThe results obtained prove the interest of this principle.
