This paper introduces a performance analysis ofudindirect rotor field oriented control of three phase inductionudmotor drive system under one IGBT open gate fault of theudinverter. The performance characteristics of the drive areudinvestigated under healthy operating condition and at faultyudcondition with IGBT of upper phase leg is opened. The TotaludHarmonic Distortion of phases current in case opened IGBT areudderived. The Simulation of the case study is carried out by usingudthe Matlab/Simulink package on 1.1 kW, 220/380V, 50 Hz threeudphase induction motor.
