PENGARUH KEBERADAAN INDUSTRI TERHADAP KONDISI SOSIAL EKONOMI DAN BUDAYA MASYARAKAT: Studi di Desa Lagadar Kecamatan Margaasih Kabupaten Bandung

Pembangunan industri merupakan salah satu upaya manusia dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya, salah satu tujuan dari pembangunan industri di antaranya untuk memperluas lapangan kerja, menunjang pemerataan pembangunan, meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pembangunan industri di suatu daerah yang tentunya menimbulkan dampak positif maupun negatif bagi masyarakat. Dampak positifnya seperti penyerapan tenaga kerja dan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat sedangkan dampak negatifnya seperti pencemaran lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh industri. Dampak positif dan negatif dari keberadaan industri akan menimbulkan perubahan bagi masyarakat baik kondisi sosial ekonomi maupun kondisi budaya. udTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari keberadaan industri terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi dan budaya masyarakat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kawasan industri Desa Lagadar Kecamatan Margaasih Kabupaten Bandung dengan populasi sebanyak 5662 kepala keluarga dan sampel sebanyak 73 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan campuran (mixed method) yaitu kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket tertutup kemudian hasil dari angket diperdalam dengan wawancara.udHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan keberadaan industri terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi, dengan tingkat korelasi yang tinggi dari mata pencaharian, pendapatan, kesehatan, dan kepemilikan fasilitas hidup, sedangkan pendidikan berkorelasi rendah dengan keberadaan industri. Kemudian tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari keberadaan industri terhadap kondisi budaya. Kegiatan gotong royong masyarakat masih dijalankan dengan baik dan dilestarikan sampai sekarang serta tidak berubah meskipun adanya pembangunan industri di Desa Lagadar. Rekomendasi bagi penelitian ini di antaranya bagi pihak industri harus memperhatikan dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan, dan pihak industri harus mengadakan kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan sehingga tingkat pendidikan masyarakat dapat meningkat. -------- Construction industry is one man's attempt to improve the quality of life, one of the goals of industrial development in them to expand employment, support equitable development, improving incomes and welfare of the community. Positive impacts such as employment and income generating while the negative impacts such as environmental pollution caused by the industry. Positive and negative effects of the presence of the industry will lead to a change for the good of society and the socio-economic conditions of the culture conditions.udThe purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the existence of industries towards the socio-economic and cultural conditions of the community. Research carried out in the industrial area of the District Rural Lagadar Margaasih Bandung regency with a population of 5662 head of household and 73 samples of respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaire covered subsequently deepened with the results of the questionnaire interview.udThe results showed that there is a significant influence on the industry where socio-economic conditions, with a high degree of correlation of livelihood, income, health, and living facilities ownership, while lower education is correlated with the presence of industry. Then there is no significant effect of the presence of the condition of the culture industry. Activities of mutual aid societies still run and preserved until now and has not changed despite the absence of industrial development in the Village Lagadar. Recommendations for the study of which the industry should pay attention to the negative impacts for society and the environment, and the industry should conduct activities associated with education that can increase levels of public education.
