Permasalahan penelitian ini berhubungan dengan proses kreatif berteater pada mahasiswa, nilai-nilai karakter yang tumbuh dan berkembang, dan penerapan model proses kreatif pada pembelajaran drama. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan proses kreatif yang terjadi di Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Teater Kafe Ide Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dan nilai-nila karakter yang terbangun dalam proses kreatif tersebut. Unsur-unsur yang dianalisis meliputi, tahapan proses kreatif penciptaan pergelaran dan nilai-nilai karakter. Hasil kajian tersebut dihubungkan dengan kemungkinan proses kreatif diterapkan pada model pembelajaran drama.udPenelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Metode tersebut digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis prose kreatif berteater di Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Teater Kafe Ide Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dan nilai-nilai karakter yangterbangun dalam proses kreatif tersebut. Sumber data penelitian proses kreatif yang dilakukan dalam penciptaan pergelara teater di Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Teater Kafe Ide Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Data tersebut dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik: observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, catatan lapangan, dan angket. Instrumen utama penelitian adalah peneliti sendiri. Dalam pelaksanaannya ada beberapa instrumen lain yang digunakan, yaitu lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan pedoman angket. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan selama penelitian berlangsung. udHasil analisis mendeskripsikan bahwa proses kreatif yang dilakukan oleh Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Teater Kafe Ide Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dalam penciptaan pergelaran teater menggunakan tahapan penciptaan yang berdasarkan tahapan proses kratif Suyatna Anirun. Setiap tahapan memerlukan proses latihan yang diulang-ulang sehingga membentuk pembiasaan dalam beracting untuk mahasiswa yang terlibat. Dari proses dan tahapan yang panjang, akan tumbuh sikap dan nilai karakter di setiap individu. Dari hasil analisis proses kreatif dan nilai karakter tersebut, penulis menerapkan hasil analisis tersebut ke dalam model pembelajaran drama di sekolah.ud udThis research problems related to the creative process of the theater at the student , the values of the characters are growing and developing , and implementing the learning model of the creative process in the drama .
