This document proposes creating TELCOTIERRAS, a specialized company in consulting and maintenance of grounding systems for electronic equipment. The service aims to the datacenters of telecommunications companies in Ecuador, due to the importance that technological assets represent in the telecommunication sector and the strategic opportunity by an unsatisfied demand for the proposed service.Through a market research, the market size was estimated between 84 and 100 millions of dollars. The marketing mix was analyzed to get the best combination of product, price, place and promotion to make a successful deployment within the market.Net present value method was used based on discounted cash flow for a ten-year period to test the project.
