Importancia de la protección de la escena del crimen por parte de los servidores policiales de los diferentes servicios y unidades especiales de la policía nacional del Ecuador

Any issue such as a crime, accident or any other event that will always leave a mark at the scene. Because of the breakable situation, its level of reliability traces, and preservation depends largely on the initial actions at the scene, ensuring to maintain the integrity of the evidence founded by observing certain guiding principles. These principles are crucial when these are involved in a crime scene or on the place; because they allow us to act with an extremely care and professionalism throughout the inspection process. Currently with the development of technology and the unexpected growth of series and films whose main plot is the criminal investigation, people of different ages, male or female, child or adult can know fully about the wonderful work of the police scientific (Forensic) and its a vital importance when making a technical visual inspection of the crime scene or the place of facts. The analysis that is performed on the crime scene or the place of facts is so complex, because the same technical procedures are not always applied in the way as any other is, each case is different although be of the same offense. A contamination of the crime scene due to improper procedure, carelessness or negligence of individuals, could alter the same and set tracks or equivocal evidence with the investigating officer a false path.
