摘要

This study is based on the phenomenon of the online shop which grow more rapidly in line with the amount of interest the customers to do shopping online. This has resulted inudincreasingly fierce competition, in order to survive in the face of competition Reebs Cloth designing marketing communications strategies. Destination marketing communication strategy is to maintan the customer’s shopping interest. This research uses descriptive qualitative method.udResearchers describe how the promotional activities that have been carried out Reebs Cloth. By means of observation and in-depth interviews. The results of this study are Reebs Cloth in implementing strategic marketing communications using existing elements in the promotion mix, namely the promotion of sales through discount, sales individuals through the bazaar, advertising through business card and brochures, and internet marketing through social networking.udConclusions ofthis study, an efficient marketing communication strategy is promotion via Blackberry Messenger. Promotion through Blackberry Messenger occupies the top position beating percent other promotional activities.
