The report presents the initial findings of 2 extensive national surveysconducted by mail over a 3-year period to obtain detailed information concerning hazardous waste generation and management practices occurring in calendar year 1986. The 2 surveys (Generator Survey) and (TSDR Survey) focused on hazardous waste handlers regulated under Subtitle C of RCRA.
