Multimedia Systems for Electronic Service Delivery

The focus of the report is the potential usage of multimedia attributes by theU.S. Government. These attributes will be used in applications which enhance the governing process, enrich citizen interactions with the government, improve the collection of information, or add value during the receipt of Federal government information. Major factors which will impact development, introduction, and cost are discussed. These include market, economic, technical, standards and government policy issues.
