Are Pension Coverage Rates Declining

摘要

The report examines current estimates of pension coverage rates which range from34 to 61 percent. It attempts to sort out the issues which result in different measures which reach varying conclusions about the level of and trends in pension coverage. Based on these findings, the report draws some conclusions about whether pension coverage rates are actually declining.
