More importantly, the manual briefly 211u001epresents technical consideration (or concepts) for use when evaluating, 211u001edesigning, or reviewing a system design for the treatment of contaminated ground 211u001ewater or leachate from land disposal operations. This manual describes 211u001etraditional technologies that have evolved from industrial wastewater treatment 211u001eand that have been implemented at full scale for ground-water or leachate 211u001etreatment.
