摘要

The report provides agency rationale and technical support for developing BDATtreatment standards for waste generated during application of wood preservatives, F032, F034, and F035 under the land disposal restrictions program. It presents characterization data that may serve as a basis for determining whether a variance from the applicable treatment standards is warranted. It describes the compliance treatment standard alternative of combustion for the regulation of dioxin and furan constituents in F032. It addresses universal treatment standards (UTS), and discusses debris and media contaminated with wood preserving wastes.
