Process and Analysis Behind ACE-Net. A Report on the Angel Capital ElectronicNetwork (ACE-Net), an Internet-Based Investment Resource

The Angel Capital Electronic Network, or ACE-NET, is an Internet-based investmentresource sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration's Office of Advocacy. It provides a solution to the problem of raising equity capital for small companies seeking investments in the range of $250,000 to $5 million by providing an Internet forum for the listing of securities offering of these companies. This publication examines the philosophy behind ACE-NET and provides a chronology of its implementation.
