Feasibility Study: Central Park Hotel, Magadan, Russia.

摘要

This study, conducted by Walsh Investment Company, was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. The report shows the results of a study done for the proposed construction and operation of a Western-style hotel in the city of Magadan, Russia. The study includes a review of pertinent social and economic factors, an examination of the site, a market analysis, construction methods, as well as construction and operating costs and revenues for the initial five years of operation. The report is divided into the following sections: (1) Executive Summary; (2) Profiles of Magadan; (3) Investment, Banking and Tourism Policies in Russia; (4) Magadan Lodging Analysis; (5) Site, Building Design and Construction Site; (6) Operations and Financial Review; (7) Implementation.
