摘要

In this work, advanced coding techniques are used both at the incoherent scatter211u001eEISCAT radars for the heating and meteor studies, and in a tentative way also at 211u001ethe coherent scatter STARE radar for getting better resolution both in the time 211u001eand frequency domains, for standard continuous auroral observations. The whole 211u001eEISCAT mainland facility including the heating and the tristatic UHF and the 211u001emonostatic VHF radars are utilized to their limit in several aspects in the 211u001epresent studies.
