The study assesses the existing infrastructure and treatment needs for the waste water treatment plant at the El Palito Refinery, built between 1958 through 1960. This is Volume III, Specifications for Project Implementation and it is made up of the following sub-volumes: (1) Design of Alternatives 1 and 2; (2) Design of New Outfalls with Diffusers for New Discharges; (3) Design for Cyanide Removal; (4) Design for Fluoride Removal.
