User Side Framework for Composite Capability/Preference Profile Negotiation.

摘要

The Mobile Station Application Execution Environment (ME-x-E) is a standard, which is aimed at smart mobile terminals and its purpose is to facilitate intelligent network services. It is a part of the Virtual Home Environment, the mobile extension of the Open Service Architecture. Before a mobile terminal (MT) can download ME-x-E applications, it must transfer its Composite Capability/Preference Profile (CC/PP) description to a ME-x-E server. This master thesis proposes strategies for the transfer of CC/PP descriptions to the ME-x-E servers. The utilized research method is a constructive research method that is based on abstract analysis of written material of the studied subject.
