This report presents the findings of a telephone survey conducted among anational probability sample of 1,030 adults, comprised of 520 men and 510 women, 18 years of age and older, living in private households in the continental United States. Results based on the total population have a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 3 percentage points at the 95% confidence level. Included in the Appendixes, which follow the body of this report, are tables of sampling tolerances of survey results and a copy of the survey questionnaire.
