By opinion and order dated May 20, 2003, Judge Richard K. Eaton of the U.S. Court of International Trade remanded the Commission's (U.S. International Trade Commission) preliminary negative determinations in Blast Furnace Coke from China and Japan for further consideration. Based on the record in these investigations, the Commission finds on remand that there is no reasonable indication that an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury by reason of imports of blast furnace coke from China and Japan that are allegedly sold in the United States at less than fair value ('LTFV').
