By opinion and order dated June 15, 2005, Judge Richard K. Eaton of the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) remanded for the third time the Commissions determination involving subject imports of grain-oriented silicon electrical steel (GOES) from Italy and Japan. Upon consideration of the third remand order, we determine that revocation of the countervailing duty order on GOES from Italy and the antidumping duty orders on GOES from Italy and Japan would not likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time.
