Innovations Incentive Initiative In HSR Training;Final rept

This grant supported two specific innovations. Innovation 1 created a syllabus for a Ph.D. level course on Outcomes Research taught to Health Services Research (HSR), National Research Service Award (NRSA) trainees and other interested students at the University of Pennsylvania. The syllabus can be accessed at www.upenn.edu/ldi.innovation. Innovation 1 created a summer research scholars program for under represented undergraduate minority students at the University of Pennsylvania to become familiar with and interested in health services research careers.
