摘要

To what extent do different teaching methods get better results when different methods are applied to trainees selected because their aptitude patterns are not only appropriate to the subject matter but also to the method in which the subject matter is presented?nFrom a practical point of view, this study shows that trainees do learn better when the training method is appropriate to their aptitude patterns.
