FDOT Protocol for Condition Assessment of Steel Strands in Post-Tensioned Segmental Concrete Bridges, Volume 2.

摘要

Post-tensioned bridges require a detailed inspection of their post-tensioning systems since damage in these systems is not evident and can result in costly repairs/replacements, loss of integrity and reduction in safety of the bridge. Different nondestructive evaluation (NDE) techniques can be used for the inspection of post-tensioning systems however; there is no systematic way by which a particular NDE technology may be selected for a particular job. The project presents elements and foundation for development of a systematic, job specific approach for the selection of NDE technology for inspection of the post-tensioning systems.
