AN INTEGRAL/EQUATION FOR STEADY STATE SIEVING OF GRANULAR MATERIAL

摘要

Two fundamental equations which describe the steady state sieving process have been developed. These equations closely approximate the log normal law described by Whitley as Region 2 sieving. Equations were tested using typical parameters for grain and were found to fit experimental data taken during steady state sieving of grain.
