Report on Visit to Central and South America for the International Biological Program (IBP) Aerobiology Theme.

摘要

Information on aerobiology activities in Costa Rica,Venezuela,Brazil,Argentina,Chile,Peru,Ecuador and Colombia are presented in this report. This trip was an attempt to encourage future international cooperation in aerobiology and global monitoring efforts because many problems such as the coffee rust are international in nature. A survey was made on the aerobiology research presently being carried out in the areas of plant pathology,entomology, palynology, allergology and air pollution effects including radioactive fallout.
